Public Information Centre – Community Tips in Search for Darius McDougall

We’re opening a Public Information Centre (PIC) to collect tips and local knowledge that may help the search for a missing child near the Tent Mountain area in Crowsnest Pass. This is a quiet, information and tip gathering forum, not a media briefing or formal presentation. 

When: September 25, 2025, 4:00–6:00 p.m. (drop-in) - hours will vary and be announced daily, depending on need 

Where: Curling Lounge (upstairs), Crowsnest Sports Complex (8702 – 22 Ave) 

Please come and share any recent observations, dates/times, locations, photos or video, notes about outbuildings, shacks, caves, rock outcroppings, or secluded areas or anything else that might be helpful to the search. 

Important: 

- For emergencies or an active sighting, call 911 immediately. 
- Please keep clear of the search area. 
- While thoughtful, donations or supplies are not needed at this time. 
- Respect the family’s privacy. Please avoid sharing unverified information online.
