Planned Water Shutdown – South Bellevue (MDM & Mohawk Meadows)

When: Thursday, September 4, 2025, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. (4 hours)
Where: All properties in Bellevue south of the Fire Hall, including MDM and Mohawk Meadows.
Why: A straightforward repair to the main line and a valve replacement.

What to do

• Store drinking/cooking water in advance.

• Keep taps off during the outage.

• Avoid running dishwashers, laundry, and water-using appliances.

After service returns (by ~12:00 p.m., barring unforeseen issues)

• Pressure may be low or water may appear cloudy/air-mixed.

• Run a cold tap for a few minutes to clear.

Notes

• This repair requires isolating the south Bellevue system.

• We will not be tagging or notifying individual households; this shutdown is not localized and affects roughly half the community (all of South Bellevue).
