The Crowsnest Pass is Canada's southerly traveled corridor of the Rocky Mountains and is historically known for its incredible history, friendly people, and scenic land of forests, freshwater streams and peaks.
The area is a year round meca for diverse outdoor activities including biking, boating, canoeing, kayaking, rafting, climbing, fishing, golfing, hiking, hunting, riding, rodeo, swimming, tennis, windsurfing, curling, downhill and cross-country skiing, ice fishing, ice climbing, snow shoeing and snowmobiling.
For the history buff, the Crowsnest Pass has an incredible wealth of historical resources. The Frank Slide Interpretive Center, the Bellevue Underground Mine, the Crowsnest Museum, Leitch Collieries, and the Hillcrest Mine Disaster Memorial Cemetery are all guaranteed to pique your interest and make you yearn for more stories. These sites have many scheduled events throughout the year that are certain to keep you entertained during your visit with us!
We are very proud of our volunteer base within the community who work very hard at organizing the many events and activities throughout the year - without them, we would not have such a dynamic community to live, work and play in!
We are pleased to offer you approximately five hundred business and professional outlets, including all the services which you might require, including accommodation, food, and service.
