Standard Loan Fund

Loan Requirements:

• The owner of a new business must invest in the business project being considered as well as prepare to offer collateral on the loan funds.
  
  
• A complete business plan must be submitted for review to determine economic viability. You may obtain a guide to completing a plan at our office.
  
  
• The CNP BDC is authorized to make or guarantee loans to individuals, groups of individuals, companies or Societies whose activities will contribute positively to business and employment within the Crowsnest Pass.
  
  

Loan Details:

• The majority of financing is in the way of term loans.
  
  
• Financing is not available to lines of credit.
  
  
• The maximum amount of financial assistance provided by the CNP BDC to a single business project cannot exceed $125,000.
  
  
• The terms of a loan can be customized to your specific needs.
