Boating/Kayaking

• Crowsnest Lake, west of Coleman, is the only large local lake - Cement boat launches at the large west parking area and the eastern extremity of the lake
• Stretches of the Crowsnest River are navigable
• The outlet of the Old Man Reservoir, located 13 km north east of Pincher Creek has a championship kayak course

Windsurfing

• Crowsnest Lake, west of Coleman is subject to high winds and rough waters, but can provide an exciting ride for experienced surfers.
• The Old Man Reservoir challenges the expert surfers with it's gusty winds
