Fishing

Welcome to the world of fishing - a science, an art form, a sport treasured by many.

The Crowsnest Pass is the jewel of trout fishing, whether spin casting in stocked lakes or fly fishing our numerous streams.  Home to the "blue ribbon" trout streams, the region boasts several winding rivers, including the Crowsnest, Oldman and Castle, which offer ideal walk and wade fishing opportunities.  With a stunning backdrop of the decisive barrier between the foothills and the Rocky Mountains front ranges, leading immediately to the Continental Divide: these ancient rivers, streams and lakes offer the fisherman many pathways into the secrets of the Crowsnest Pass
